Apollonia Kotero

Patricia Apollonia Kotero (born Patricia Apollonia Kotero) is an American actress, singer and model. She was a model for a while before becoming an actress. She's best known for her role in Prince's 1984 movie Purple Rain as well as being the lead vocalist of Apollonia 6, a girl group. She was one of several female performers who gained from Prince's association throughout the 1980s. Patricia Kotero is a Californian actress, born in Santa Monica in 1959. Kotero went on to be featured in various minor roles throughout the time (reportedly refusing to take part as a character in the Purple Rain follow-up Under the Cherry Moon) prior to landing an appearance on the evening-time television drama Falcon Crest during 1985-1986. Apollonia was her first public appearance in 1988. But the R&B/dance album it was a bit stale and didn't leave a lasting impression on those who bought music at the at the time, soon vanished. She continued acting (if somewhat obscure) in the next decade. Her small TV roles, minor films, and workout videos kept her busy. Apollonia created a bilingual Spanish and English album titled Stay With me. The singer returned to the university, received a diploma in making films. She then formed her firm and began working in children's TV. Apollonia Kotero is famous for her many roles. She's been a model, singer-actress as well as a the talent manager. She was in 1984 when she was recognized with her role on the show Purple Rain. Other films and TV programs are Black Magic Woman, The Divorce Ceremony as well as many more.
